At approx. 100/538/1076/2153/4306/5382 ppm, 3.34 g: 1 tablet/10 L, 1/2 L, then 1/2/4/5 tablets per 1 L. For 13.1 g: 1/38 L, 1/8 L, then 1/2/4/5 tablets per 4 L.
Reference ratios, not a chemical assay. Do not mix US quart/gallon data with litres. Excludes 0.33/0.34 g tablets, 0.02% tubing and other unverified recipes.
FROM PREPARATION TO USE
Check use, materials, tablet size, concentration and contact time.
Measure water, add whole tablets and wait until dissolved.
Use a suitable container; record concentration, preparation time and expiry.
Remove visible soil; follow contact time and after-use instructions.
Use labelled PPE and ventilation. Never mix with acids, ammonia or other cleaning chemicals; avoid direct spraying of electronics.

Both can supply chlorine disinfectants. Purtabs are NaDCC tablets; common bleach is liquid sodium hypochlorite. Follow each product's preparation and label.
Verify use against the label and SOP. The calculator converts ratios, not pathogen efficacy, contact time or equipment compatibility.
Measure water, add tablets and wait until fully dissolved. Temperature, volume and size affect timing; a fixed minute does not replace checking dissolution.
Expiry depends on label, container, concentration and SOP. Record time and expiry; one fixed period cannot apply to everything.
